Lot rent is terribly high and increases 4% each year. All maintenance is on you for everything all electric boxes all under ground water and sewer pipeline and sprinker line. They cut the grass but that is it.
Visited my aunt who lives here and all the people are sweet and friendly, and the indoor and outdoor pools are great fun!
